A. Zee Pickleball Eyewear – Safety & Protection Disclaimer

Zee Pickleball Eyewear is designed to help reduce the risk of eye injuries during pickleball and other recreational activities. While Zee Pickleball Eyewear is manufactured using impact-resistant materials, no protective eyewear is indestructible, and no protective eyewear can guarantee protection against all impacts or prevent all injuries. Protective eyewear reduces—but does not eliminate—the risk of injury, including minor, serious, permanent, or vision-threatening eye injuries. Users assume the inherent risks associated with participation in pickleball and other sporting or recreational activities, including injuries that may occur despite the use of protective eyewear.

By using Zee Pickleball Eyewear, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Protective eyewear helps reduce—but does not eliminate—the risk of eye injuries.
No protective eyewear is indestructible or capable of preventing every injury resulting from high-speed impacts, paddles, balls, collisions, falls, or other accidents.
Inspect your eyewear before each use. Do not use eyewear that is cracked, scratched, deformed, loose, or otherwise damaged.
Immediately discontinue use and replace the eyewear if it becomes damaged, cracked, deformed, or has sustained a significant impact.
Proper fit is essential for maximizing protective performance. Always wear your eyewear securely and according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Keep the lenses clean to maintain optimal vision and safe play.
Do not modify, drill, bend, or alter the frame or lenses, as doing so may reduce the eyewear's protective performance.
Zee Pickleball Eyewear is intended to supplement safe play practices and should not replace good judgment, adherence to the rules of the sport, or appropriate supervision where applicable.

Certification Notice

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Zee Pickleball Eyewear has not been independently certified to ASTM F803 or any other sports eye protection standard. The use of impact-resistant materials does not, by itself, constitute certification or guarantee compliance with any specific safety standard.

California Proposition 65 Warning (California Residents)

This warning is provided in accordance with California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZEE EYEWEAR LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors, retailers, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damage arising out of or relating to the use, misuse, improper fit, improper maintenance, alteration, or inability to use this product, including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

By purchasing and/or using Zee Pickleball Eyewear, the user voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in pickleball and other sporting or recreational activities and acknowledges that injuries may occur despite the use of protective eyewear.

B. Return & Exchange Policy

When you shop at ZeePickleball.com you are covered by our Pickle-Free Guarantee. Our goal is to elevate your playing experience with our products, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

To request a return or exchange, please see the process below:

Email Care@ZeePickleball.com and include RETURN in the subject line with your order number
Only the original purchaser can initiate the return/exchange
Purchaser will pay for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to Zee’s error or defect
Upon receipt of your item, it will be inspected by the ZEE PICKLEBALL EYEWEAR team and refund will be issued.

Eyewear and Lenses

ZEE PICKLEBALL eyewear comes with a Free 30-day return and exchange period from the date of purchase. To be eligible for return, items must be returned in original, salable condition with original tags attached. Please note that if it’s been longer than 30 days since your purchase, we can not offer you a return or exchange.

We want you to feel great about your gear! Please ensure items are tried on in a clean environment to keep them in their original condition. Eyewear should not show any signs of damage beyond normal wear. Scratched frames and/or lenses will not be refunded. To help avoid scratched lenses, we recommend not setting eyewear and lenses on surfaces face down.

Free Gifts and Promotions

Orders may occasionally include complimentary items as part of a promotion.

To receive a full refund, any promotional items must be returned in like-new, salable condition with original packaging or tags where applicable.
If qualifying items are returned but the promotional item is not, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
If a portion of your order is returned but the remaining purchase still meets the promotion requirements, you may keep the gift.

C. Exchanges

Most exchanges require returning your original item and placing a new order. This ensures fastest delivery of your replacement.

Return Label

Once your return or exchange has been approved, you have 28 days to drop off your package with courier. If more than 28 days have passed, your label and return will expire. Your product will no longer be eligible for a return.

If you have questions or need additional help with your return, please email us at Care@zeepickleball.com. Please include RETURN in the subject line of your email, and include the email address used when purchasing along with your order number in the body of your email.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your item, it will be inspected by the ZEE PICKLEBALL EYEWEAR team. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. While a confirmation email will be sent, please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.
