Return & Exchange Policy
When you shop at ZeePickleball.com you are covered by our Pickle-Free Guarantee. Our goal is to elevate your playing experience with our products, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
To request a return or exchange, please see the process below:
- Email Care@ZeePickleball.com and include RETURN in the subject line with your order number
- Only the original purchaser can initiate the return/exchange
- Purchaser will pay for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to Zee’s error or defect
- Upon receipt of your item, it will be inspected by the ZEE PICKLEBALL EYEWEAR team and refund will be issued.

Eyewear and Lenses
ZEE PICKLEBALL eyewear comes with a Free 30-day return and exchange period from the date of purchase. To be eligible for return, items must be returned in original, salable condition with original tags attached. Please note that if it’s been longer than 30 days since your purchase, we can not offer you a return or exchange.
We want you to feel great about your gear! Please ensure items are tried on in a clean environment to keep them in their original condition. Eyewear should not show any signs of damage beyond normal wear. Scratched frames and/or lenses will not be refunded. To help avoid scratched lenses, we recommend not setting eyewear and lenses on surfaces face down.
Free Gifts and Promotions
Orders may occasionally include complimentary items as part of a promotion.
- To receive a full refund, any promotional items must be returned in like-new, salable condition with original packaging or tags where applicable.
- If qualifying items are returned but the promotional item is not, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
- If a portion of your order is returned but the remaining purchase still meets the promotion requirements, you may keep the gift.
Exchanges
Most exchanges require returning your original item and placing a new order. This ensures fastest delivery of your replacement.

Return Label
Once your return or exchange has been approved, you have 28 days to drop off your package with courier. If more than 28 days have passed, your label and return will expire. Your product will no longer be eligible for a return.
If you have questions or need additional help with your return, please email us at Care@zeepickleball.com. Please include RETURN in the subject line of your email, and include the email address used when purchasing along with your order number in the body of your email.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your item, it will be inspected by the ZEE PICKLEBALL EYEWEAR team. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. While a confirmation email will be sent, please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.
